Scale helper and outline layer fixes

This update fixes the display of the scale helper and resolves issues with exporting images using the outline layer, along with other improvements.

• Fixed issue displaying scale helper instead of resize when selecting from the outliner.
• Fixed wrong scale issue on exporting images when using the outline layer.
• Fixed issue with outline layer extrusion when certain objects exactly face the orthographic camera.
