Outliner performance and navigation improvements

This update introduces a new outliner with improved performance for selection and viewport navigation, along with better search and renaming features.

Changes

• New outliner with improved performance for selection/viewport (around 2 to 3 times faster).
• Now you can navigate the outliner using tabs to move up/down and Enter to get inside a group.
• Better outliner search.
• Better renamer.
• Added size property in vector objects shape inspector.
• Fixed canvas clearing issue in Safari.
• Minor bug fixes.
