Draggable area and flip scale improvements

This update introduces a draggable area in the title bar and improves the flip scale functionality.

Changes

• Added draggable area in title bar to move the window.
• Flip Scale now works with undo/redo.
• Disable old export component (was not needed).
• Enable background transparency support on exported scenes.
• Fix shortcuts in toolbar and Learn tab.
• Fix interaction issue with events.
• Fix view back with camera.
• Minor improvements.
